Agree the design.
Where new drawings are required, a minimum 10% deposit applies before drawing work begins. The deposit basis and drawing scope will be set out in your quote.
Bring the brief to life.
The approved specification guides the build. Collection or delivery arrangements and required handover documentation are confirmed for your project.
Allow a minimum of 16 weeks.We confirm the commencement point and estimated completion timing in the written quote. Design changes, approvals and component availability can affect the schedule.
Agree the details before committing.Drawing scope, revisions, payment stages, freight and any registration arrangements are detailed in the quote. Changes after design approval may require revised pricing and timing, agreed before the changed work proceeds.
